starcollector is a 3D game i created in 2022 during my spring semester.
using the unity game engine, i created models as well as different levels.
unity provides many free assets, which i used to create my terrain for each level.
everything else such as the blocks and buildings were created by me!
the purpose of the game is to collect stars within the dreamworld in order to wake up!

a fun fact-- i was hospitalized 3 weeks before the final presentation, and then a week before, i came back to my save gone. it was very devistating, but it was a very huge learning curve for me. it was much smoother and luckily a lot of my assets were saved within the engine. don’t worry, i got an A ahaha.
because this was made back in 2022, it’s difficult to get this short game out for people to play, which makes me a little sad, so i just have a short screen recording of my game which i hope you enjoy watching!
